If you are late to school, your child(ren) must enter through the upper front door by the salmon mural and check-in at the office. Please call the office at (604) 713-5414 or use the new doorbell beside the door so they can let the child(ren) in.
If your child(ren) will be absent from school, please email souattendance@vsb.bc.ca or phone 604-713-5159 as soon as possible and leave your child's name, division number, the date and whether they will be absent or late. If you phone, you will be required to use a school code. The Southlands school code is 79#.
Hello Southlands families
We hope you all had a safe and happy holiday. We look forward to welcoming staff and students back on Monday. We will continue with our Covid-safety protocols and will inform you about any changes in routines. While masks are now optional, we will continue to remind students about hand hygiene and personal space.
Please ensure that you continue to do the daily health check and keep students home if they are unwell.

Spring is in the air! The Southlands Garden committee is starting to plan our annual spring cleanup and planting. This is a great way to meet new parents and get involved in the school community.
